Michael Kimmey, PA

Mike, a founding partner of Tropical Realty Group, and a realtor for Coldwell Banker, began his real estate career in Ft Lauderdale over 7 years ago when he relocated from Seattle, WA. His drive, personality, financial acumen, marketing skills, ethical standards and customer focus quickly moved him to the forefront of South Florida's top-producing agents, recognized as being among the top 2% of realtors internationally with Coldwell Banker.

Mike takes particular pride in his membership in the Broward County Master Broker's Forum, which was established in 1993, and is comprised of an elite membership of the top 200 Real Estate Professionals in Broward county. He is extremely well versed in all newly constructed downtown hi-rise, mid-rise and low-rise developments in Ft. Lauderdale, including but not limited to: The Symphony (where he currently serves on the Board of Directors), The Las Olas Riverhouse, The Watergarden, The Las Olas Grande, Icon Las Olas, Nu River Landing, Las Olas by the River, Nola Lofts, La Rive, The Atlantic, L'Hermitage, Strada 315 and Avenue Lofts.

Mike's success as a real estate broker is due in part to his diverse background. He spent 7 years in the United States Army as a Captain in the Finance Corps, with most of his service time overseas running international banking and financing operations in Panama and Egypt. He also has a Bachelors degree in Business from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Masters in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma.

Steve Roberge

Steve is also a partner of Tropical Realty Group, and has been a realtor for 6 years. Before relocating to Ft Lauderdale 3 years ago, Steve served as Vice-President with Coldwell Banker in Boston, Massachusetts, where each year he was consistently recognized as one of New Englands top 100 agents, and was awarded the top 2% of Coldwell Banker agents internationally for several years running. Steve specialized in the fast-paced Back Bay & South-End urban neighborhoods, where he helped clients to purchase and market a wide array of properties: condos, single family homes and brownstones, all priced between $250,000 and $2,000,000.

Having maintained this consistently high level of achievment through a tough, ever changing Boston market, Steve now brings this same passion, commitment and knowledge to South Florida's ever-changing real estate market. His diverse marketing and client service background are a perfect fit when it comes to marketing and selling property in today's complex environment.

Prior to his real estate career, Steve served as Director of Marketing Services for AGFA Corporation, and for several years as Vice-President of Marketing & Client Services for an internationally recognized Marketing and Advertising firm.

Here Steve was directly responsible for opening new satalite offices and also managing a senior staff of account and program managers in corporate headquaters, serving over 50 high profile companies in the financial services, high-tech and pharmaceutical industries.

Steve holds a Bachelors degree in Economics and Business Administration from The University of New Hampshire.
